I had a question about my order and customer service got back to me faster than I expected. The first response didn’t totally cover everything I was asking, unless maybe I didn’t explain it clearly enough, but they did follow up and got it sorted out. It wasn’t perfect, but overall I’d say it was a good experience. I took off one star for the little delay, though I’m not sure it was that big of a deal.

Tried the tips for a few weeks. My sleep didn’t really change. A lot of it felt basic, like cutting back on coffee. I expected more. Not really worth my time.

I’ve had my sleep.com mattress for a few weeks now, and it’s been really comfortable. It’s not super soft or overly firm, more like that middle feel that just works for me. I’ve also noticed I’m not waking up with as much back stiffness, which has been a nice surprise.
The only thing keeping it from 5 stars for me is the edge support. When I sit on the side, it sinks a little more than I’d like. I did ask support about it, and they basically said something like, “Give it a little time to fully break in and settle,” which was fair. For actually sleeping though, it feels supportive and was easy to get used to.

It feels good and was comfortable at first, but after a few months the seams started to wear down. Overall, it’s decent, just not holding up as well as I hoped.

I was really happy with how smooth everything went. The return was quick and easy, and the warranty was taken care of without any hassle. Definitely a satisfying experience overall.

I was a little cautious trying sleep.com because I don’t like spending money on sleep products or services unless I feel sure they’re worth it. But the pricing seemed reasonable compared to other options I checked out, and I didn’t feel like they were trying to steer me toward the most expensive choice.

For what I paid, I feel like it was a solid value. It was easy to use, the info was actually helpful, and I didn’t come away feeling like I’d taken a gamble that didn’t pay off. I’d use it again

Overall, the delivery went smoothly. The guys called before they arrived, which I appreciated, and they brought everything inside without making it a whole thing. The setup was faster than I expected too, I think the bed was ready in about 20 minutes, though I wasn’t really watching the clock the whole time. The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that they showed up a bit later than the delivery window. Not a huge deal, just a little annoying when you’re kind of waiting around. But they were friendly, got everything done, and even cleaned up the boxes after, so I can’t really complain too much...
